Trimpell Cricket Club Website Development

Trimpell Cricket Club is one of the fastest growing cricket clubs in the UK, supporting five senior and three junior clubs. Trimpell needed a website to both represent and to help administrate the growing club. Business Logic worked with Trimpell CC to allow members to be able to make updates to the club website without any need for prior training.

Client Objective:
Trimpell's main objective was to develop a dedicated website for the criicket club to represent the nature of the club, it's professionalism and it growing profile.

The website had to also promote and support their junior section and meet guidlines and the ethos of the England Cricket Board, Clubmark and Child Welfare.

The website also had to have the ability to publish regular news, articles and events related to both the Cricket Club and the members. In addition we also need to publish cricket matchs and relavant stats.

Business Logic's Solution:
Business Logic both designed and developed the the Trimpell website, based on graphics supplied by their partner company Nibori on our own CMS system.

Trimpell Cricket Club Admin In addition we also created the new Cricket Score Web Solution which provides player, team and match stats which can be used as a training aid and easy to use administration.

Considering the development plan of Trimpell CC, Business Logic built a great deal of future proofing features into the site, so as the club expands, they can relatively easily administrate membership, team selection, training and events.

Business Benefits:
Trimpell Cricket Club now have a standard interface to their members, juniors, other teams and members of the public that they can use to communicate more efficently. Already with the introduction of the Cricket Score WS they have saved time and effort that has more than paid for the system. It also allows Trimpell to interact and hopefully obtain significant investment from the business community. Roll on next season!

The government has approved the proposed site in Heysham for a new nuclear power station.
A decision on where plants will be built will be taken by a new commission after national and local consultation. Ministers hope to fast-track the construction of the new plants so that some can be producing energy by as early as 2018.

Innovation Voucher Award

We will be using our innovation to engage with universities and other academic institutions to help their business grow and develop. Vouchers can be redeemed to fund the cost of this practical knowledge and expertise.

The Voucher will be used at Lancaster University to research the range of hardware solutions available that can be integrated into the asset tracking system we’re developing.
